Apply and Wipe Caulk Bead

What happens here

The presenter demonstrates applying a thin bead of caulk along one edge of the taped line. He then immediately wipes off the excess caulk with a gloved finger. He emphasizes that the goal is not to leave a visible bead of caulk, but to push the caulk into the small voids underneath the tape. For comparison, he leaves the other taped line without caulk.

Goal: Seal the tape edge with caulk to prevent paint bleeding.
