(3,451 characters)Krissy Idaho painter I'm journeyman Jon and today we've got a really cool tool to show you it's the mud mixed ball and this is something that we really really like we really really do like it because if you've ever tried to mix up hot mud before it is super frustrating to get all of those chunks of powder mixed in thoroughly before it starts setting up and one of these things showed up in our mailbox not too long ago and I kind of thought it was pretty silly but then we use it and I was shocked and amazed so this thing we're gonna show you how to use it and it came with the mud mix ball comes with the ball it comes with a little paddle comes with a spatula paddle which you're gonna laugh at but then you're gonna go oh yeah you see the mud come out of this thing you're gonna be absolutely amazed and then it also comes with two different cups the larger one here is going to be for water the smaller one with a little handle on it is going to be for your mug and you're going to mix this at a ratio of three of these powder scoops to one of the water scoops so we've got some 5-minute mud right here three scoops three scoops of ice cream so this is kind of just like making pancake batter isn't it is kind of like making pancake batter and that's the consistency we're shooting for and you'll see how fast it makes it up mixes it up I got some water down here I'm gonna fill my cup up of water John's got the drill so here's my water it's just one cup of water gonna dump that in and this comes up with buttery smooth pancake mix lickety-split it does we're just going to add the bit into the drill and then looking good looking good one of the things the paddle the paddle just scrapes the sidewalls mixes it up all to not have any chunks in there at all cleans up really easily too doesn't it John it does that's one of the nice parts is because it is lined with silicone you don't have to worry about mud drying in there in fact we've even just let the mud dry inside of it and we squish the ball together all the dry mud comes out so show you there's our mud right there now to get the mud out it's pretty simple all you got to do is squeeze your mud mix ball and if you left this thing set for like a couple days in the mud dried what's gonna happen it's gonna just dry on the inside crunch it all together and you're going to be able to just dump that out all of the stuff comes out you rinse it out and you're totally good to go but look at that that is like a great consistency of hot mud and there are no chunks in that thing no dry bits amazing this thing is absolutely amazing we do sell it on our store at the V Idaho Peter calm or go to store dot the Idaho painter calm and you can purchase these things we only puts things on our store or in our store we absolutely love and we think that are game-changing tools if you're a painter you've got to have one of these in your rig because it seriously it gives you even more time to work with the mud because you don't spend as much time mixing trying to get the ratio right you get more open time more working time and a better product when it's all done this is one of these those tools that would just make you happy if you've enjoyed this video give us a thumbs up hey subscribe to our Channel check the video description below typically the tools links to the tools are gonna be right down there and do you have anything else to say John we will see you on our next video Wow
