Troubleshoot Inconsistent Paint Flow and Bristle Saturation

What happens here

When attempting to paint at various heights, particularly while standing on a Little Giant ladder, a further issue with the paint flow becomes apparent. Instead of saturating the brush's bristles evenly, the paint released by the sprayer tends to "shoot out" directly, bypassing proper absorption by the brush filaments.
