Attach the First Drying Arm Assembly

What happens here

The person takes one of the white metal drying arm assemblies. They align the arm's mounting bracket with one of the vertical slots on the central post's housing unit. With a simple upward and then downward motion, the arm slides into the slot and locks securely into position. This action deploys a set of horizontal drying rods extending outwards from the central column.

Goal: Securely attach the initial drying arm to the rack's central column.
