What to Paint First? Tips and Tricks for Painting Solo! Final Solo Painting Project Revealed.

What happens here

The presenter begins by giving a tour of the house exterior. He specifies that the main body of the house features vinyl siding, while the gable shakes are a composite material, not real cedar. For the house body, he used Glidden Premium satin paint, and for the shakes, a flat finish to mimic the appearance of real cedar. He stresses the value of investing in appropriate tools to enhance efficiency, such as having multiple hand maskers to avoid frequent changes of masking paper and plastic, and using multiple sprayers when dealing with several colors to reduce time spent on loading and reloading.

Goal: This step provides an introduction to the house, discussing the siding types, paint finishes used, and emphasizing the importance of efficient tools and techniques for exterior painting.
