Install New Gate and Opener Mounting Brackets

What happens here

Unbox and familiarize yourself with the new Mighty Mule 360 gate opener. Before mounting the opener, ensure it is fully retracted. This is a critical step for proper installation. Identify the corresponding mounting bracket pieces and assemble them according to the manufacturer's instructions. These brackets typically consist of a post-mounting part and an adjustable part with indexing holes. Loosely attach the assembled bracket to the gate post using the existing or newly cleared bolt holes. Then, install the new 16-foot farm gate to the post, utilizing the new hinges or existing gate-hanging hardware. Ensure the gate swings freely and is temporarily supported.
