What happens here
For the second water activity, prepare a traditional slip 'n slide setup. Clear a long, open stretch of grassy lawn from any sharp objects, rocks, or debris. Unroll a large, heavy-duty plastic sheet, such as a painter's tarp or construction sheeting, along this cleared area. At the very end of the plastic sheet, place an inflatable splash pool to serve as a soft landing zone. Connect a garden hose to a water source and spray the entire length of the plastic sheet thoroughly with water. Ensure the surface is uniformly wet and slick. For added slipperiness, you can optionally mix a small amount of biodegradable liquid soap with water and spread it over the plastic. The video shows an individual running, then diving headfirst onto their stomach to slide across the wet plastic, accelerating into the splash pool at the end.
Goal: Create and enjoy a slick sliding surface on the lawn
