Here's how I've been taking my fitness to the next level, and it's probably not the way you think. Rather than putting more hours into the gym, I'm actually dialing everything back. In fact, I work out an hour max per day. When I found this, I'm way more consistent with this model. If I'm in it three, I'm out of four, and I can go about the other components of my day. Secondly, it makes me way more methodical in the programming process. Now I focus on the big picture rather than trying to get everything in in that individual session. Helps me engage in intensities, session to session, and also mitigate soreness day to day, and I'm able to get way more volume in in the long run, which for me is extremely important for making gains. And then finally, and maybe most importantly, when I do go to the gym, I found that I'm way more deliberate. If I'm in it three, and I know I have to get out at four, I'm capping my time. It's amazing what kind of work you can get accomplished with just an hour max per day. So if you're looking to take your fitness to the next level without the time demands, actually you get my page to follow and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions along the way. Stay tuned for more.
