What is your Leadership style?

nobody is born a leader just like nobody is born average you make yourself into one or the other it means you can learn how to lead that's what this is about that's what many people out there talk about and what you need to do is you need to find what works for you what works for your [Music] business your leadership style but one of the other pieces of a advice that I want to give you before I leave you with this video is to lead by example not just in your words don't just direct people don't point and click say you go over there you do this put a smile on your face lead by example do [Music] it do it do what you want your people to do it'll come naturally leadership isn't about what happens when you're there it's about what happens when you're gone so when you lead by example your people will continue to grow they'll continue to do whatever it is that you did day in Day Out Time After Time challenge after Challenge and that's when the test of leadership comes into place is when you're challenged when you have a hardship when you have the trial by fire that's When leaders are made that's when you're going to be made it's not going to be made during the smooth times it's going to be made when you're getting hit when you're getting challenged when you're getting pushed out when your face is being shoved in the dirt and you stand back up and you say bring it that's when you're a leader that's when your people will follow you that's when they'll respect you that's when they'll go where you go and do what you do when you're not there so good luck it's a big set of shoes you decided to fill but you can do it you're a lion not a lamb oh [Music]
