What happens here

The Bobcat mini excavator begins to break apart sections of the existing sidewalk and remove the underlying soil and blocks, effectively creating a trench. Following this, a larger Daewoo 75V excavator equipped with a hydraulic clamp/grapple attachment takes over the demolition. This powerful attachment is used to systematically lift and place the remaining retaining wall blocks, along with dirt and other debris, directly into the bucket of the Kubota compact wheel loader. This method emphasizes the efficiency of using heavy machinery for extensive block removal and earthmoving.

Goal: Efficiently demolish the retaining wall and clear debris using excavators and a loader.

  • Daewoo 75V excavator Daewoo — Demolishing and loading retaining wall blocks
