🔴 Wednesday night Live 3/6/19 New Hat Day!

What happens here

The host shifts the camera to show several carboys on his kitchen counter, explaining that these are three of the six carboys he's using to make apple cider, apple cider vinegar, and apple wine. He points out the 'mother' forming as a white layer on top of the vinegar, which he clarifies is a natural part of the fermentation process where enzymes convert alcohol into vinegar. He states that one carboy contains straight apple wine, which contains sugar, while another will take longer to become vinegar.

Goal: Showcase ongoing fermentation projects.
