We never thought we'd get it done!

What happens here

Using a TYM T1104 tractor equipped with pallet forks, the red Cattle Master Series 6 automatic headgate is carefully lifted. This allows access to the 4x4 timbers it was shipped on. An impact driver with a 9/16 inch socket is used to remove the four lag bolts securing the headgate to the timbers. Once unbolted, the timbers are removed, and the headgate is lowered directly onto the prepared gravel surface, ensuring it sits flat. The headgate is then nudged with the tractor to precisely align it, making sure it's square with the existing fence line and leaving 14 feet for the future alleyway and steel posts.

Goal: Remove shipping timbers and correctly position the headgate.
