We just can't do it? Day on the farm, lessons...love, learning and life!

What happens here

The farmer drives his Honda Foreman 500 ATV with the attached Greg Judy Bale Unroller into the pasture where the cattle are waiting. He attaches a large hay bale to the unroller. Using a Milwaukee Fastback utility knife, he carefully cuts and removes the net wrap from the hay bale, ensuring it doesn't get ingested by the cattle. He then drives the ATV, allowing the unroller to spread the hay in a linear fashion, specifically targeting bare patches of soil. This method helps to fertilize the ground with hay residue, plant grass seeds present in the hay, and distribute beneficial cow manure (which acts as pH-neutral fertilizer) for improved soil health and reduced 'desertification.'

Goal: Feed hay to cattle and fertilize pastures through strategic hay unrolling.
