After all panels and hardware are installed and initially aligned, thoroughly test the operation of the bi-fold doors. Observe how smoothly the panels move along the tracks, how they fold and stack, and how they align when fully closed. Check for any rubbing, sticking, or uneven gaps. Make small, incremental adjustments to the pivot pins or rollers until the doors operate effortlessly and seal properly against the frame when closed. This iterative process ensures optimal performance and longevity of the doors.
