What happens here
With approved plans, heavy machinery is used to perform significant excavation and grading to remove vast amounts of soil from the 'massive sledding hill.' This creates the initial level areas required for the swimming pool and the first tier of the patio. Proper drainage will also be established at this stage to manage water runoff from the remaining slope.
Goal: Level the ground for the pool and lower patio areas.
