What happens here
Brian demonstrates Zero Degree gearless ratcheting tools, showcasing their advantage in tight spaces. He first uses a conventional 180-tooth ratchet on a demonstration setup with a fastener between two blocks, showing that even with 180 teeth, it's impossible to turn the fastener due to space constraints. He then switches to a Zero Degree gearless ratchet, which, lacking pawls or springs, can grab and turn the fastener with minimal movement in the same narrow space. This highlights the gearless mechanism's ability to operate in extremely confined areas where traditional ratchets fail. The Zero Degree ratchets meet ANSI specs for proof torque and life cycle and are available in 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, and 1/2 inch drive sizes, as well as SAE and Metric wrench sets.
Goal: Illustrate the effectiveness of Zero Degree gearless ratcheting tools in tight spaces.
