What happens here

This video humorously depicts a person, dressed in light summer attire (Hawaiian shirt, shorts, sandals, trapper hat), performing various common construction tasks in a snowy, freezing environment (implied -5 degrees Fahrenheit). The individual uses a hand saw, a circular saw, and a nail gun on a piece of wood, all while engaging in a phone conversation about a beach trip. The project's underlying goal is to humorously highlight the perceived resilience and casual approach of 'Northern construction workers' to extreme cold.
