Secure the Hitch with a Pin

What happens here

Once the Pennington hitch is fully inserted into the receiver and the pin holes are aligned, take the receiver hitch pin and slide it all the way through the aligned holes. After inserting the pin, secure it in place by attaching the cotter pin or the lock mechanism to prevent the hitch pin from accidentally vibrating out or being removed.

Goal: Lock the hitch firmly in place within the receiver.
