Verify Traced Line Accuracy

Two tips in one! One, if you are paid by the hour. Two, if you are paid by the job! 🤣
What happens here
After completing the tracing process, carefully inspect the marked paver. Visually check the traced line to ensure it is smooth, continuous, and accurately reflects the desired curve. To quantitatively confirm the accuracy, use a tape measure to measure the distance from various points along the curved pool edge to corresponding points on the traced line on the paver. This measurement should consistently match the predetermined offset (e.g., 8 and a quarter inches) that the tracing jig was set to. A consistent measurement confirms that the curve has been traced precisely, indicating that the paver is ready for cutting to create a snug fit against the curved border.
Goal: The accuracy of the newly traced curved line on the paver is confirmed by visual inspection and by measuring its consistent offset from the pool's edge.
