What happens here

For more extensive projects, Chris recommends TriTech T7 or T9 sprayers. These are often referred to as 'high boy' sprayers because they sit higher and can tilt back, allowing a 5-gallon paint bucket to be hooked directly onto them, facilitating easier mobility across large job sites. This feature is particularly useful for large subdivisions or extensive fencing jobs, reducing the need to frequently move the heavy sprayer unit itself. These larger sprayers can handle significantly longer hoses (up to 200 feet for T7/T9 compared to 100 feet for T3/T4), providing greater reach and preventing the sprayer from being overworked. The T7 runs at 3300 PSI, has a maximum tip size of 0.027, and outputs 0.77 GPM, which is substantially higher than the smaller models. This increased GPM allows for much faster application of product. Chris states he uses both T7 and T9 for exterior painting, praising their efficiency for continuous, high-volume spraying. He notes that the T7 is easier for one person to load and unload from a truck or trailer compared to the larger T9.

Goal: The presenter discusses larger TriTech airless sprayers (T7 and T9), highlighting their increased capacity, ability to handle longer hoses, and suitability for extensive projects like large subdivisions.

large sprayers next so the large sprayer I would recommend trte um t7 the tric t7 when I'm starting to get into what we're talking about a large sprayer I'm going to be looking at a sprayer that's not what we call a stand complete so a little T3 or T4 is just it sits on a little stand a t7 now is what we call a high boy so high boy is a sprayer that sits up high and actually tilts back and it'll go right into a 5 gallon bucket now now one of the conveniences about a high boy sprayer a large sprayer is um the handle of a 5 gallon bucket well hooked to that sprayer you can tilt it back and now you can wheel the spray around with your 5 gallon bucket of stain this does come in handy if you're doing your large subdivisions if you're doing a lot of fencing and this is going to be a big part of you know your um Services you're offering then probably having a trch t7 or even a T9 would be beneficial I have a t7 I have a T9 also and typically if I'm spraying a lot of exteriors the body of the exterior is going to be done with a t7 or T9 sprayer is not working as hard and um you can actually add a lot more hose to it so I typically run on a T3 or T4 I'll run 100t of Hose if I'm running a t7 or T9 I'll run 200 ft to hose now I don't have to move that sprayer amount around nearly as much it'll reach an extreme long distance and it's not going to overwork the sprayer so now when it comes to kind of some of the um stats of the t7 once againin it runs at 3,300 PSI it has um a Max tip size of a 27 that's a huge tip I've never used any tips um other bigger than a 21 actually in my career doing interor and exteror repays some of the other stats about it uh gallons per minute 77 gallons per minute compared to like the T4 which is 5 to seven gallons per minute so it's going to start throwing out a lot more paint recently I've done um not recently I say a couple years ago I did a whole fence around an entire um subdivision huge and you're just spraying all day long constantly going uh got a larger tip size didn't have to worry about overspray you know a large sprayer can be of benefit and I typically you know in my trailer I'm going to have a large and small sprayer at my disposal anytime I want CU I'm you know using both sizes quite often I had my choice between a t7 and a T9 I probably want t7 a t7 is a lot easier if you're putting in the back of the truck one person you don't have a ramp on a trailer lot easier to get in and out of a truck than a T9 a T9 is pretty huge all…
