Top 3 Questions on Dewalt Mowers & Finish Mow Test!

all right you guys we're at the home depot we're gonna go pick up a dewalt mower but before we even get waste deep into this video i made arrangements to have a couple of the dewalt guys meet me at the store because there's gonna be questions that i have that i'm hoping are the same ones that you guys have and i'm hoping these guys can answer them dewalt agreed to meet me out here and looks like we're in the right place look at all these pretty yellow and black mars tim good to see you good to see you again man all right let me set up a couple cameras here so i can then ask you a couple questions that i'm thinking these guys might have all right the first question i have for you tim is commercial mowers are now at home depot [Music] why i don't understand the the the connection there can you kind of walk me through that absolutely you know the wall is a great line professional products they've got a lot of schools and things like that that are all sold right behind me in this store so it only made sense to bring them a mower that they can sell to their professional users so now they can do a complete service with those guys all the way from their mowing needs to other job site products that they're gonna need now i heard through the grapevine that there's financing available is that true or is that not true that's absolutely true there's a lot of options with home depot whether it's a consumer financing whether it's a commercial financing they have project loans and they've got commercial accounts that they offer they're pro customers as well and all of this stuff can be included in onboard so all of these mowers these guys could buy here and finance right at a home depot absolutely maintenance okay what happens if something breaks on these things where how is service and maintenance done if a guy guide needs help there's one thing that's and teamed up with home depot and uh dewalt is they've come up with a support hub so right on the customer's phone there's an app it's a real simple app you download it from the app store on your phone once you click on that app and i've already got it set up and it's a dewalt service support hub okay and in this one if you needed to find a service location you can punch in your zip code or where i'm at right now because you're not always at your home zip code so use my current location and what this will do is this comes up with a list of dealers here here's all season's rental equipment they're half a mile away from here so these this is a whole list of all these dealers service that more better need help set up to do service work on the dewalt pro mowers for home depot you also have self help yeah i'll buy a whole bunch of sellers there's there's once you go on to the main homepage you get a welcome page there's maintenance and repair items what's really nice in here is that you can take an unseasoned mechanic and he needs to adjust the hydros on a mower there's actually a video that will run right there and there it is and then hopefully it'll come up pro hw adjustments and it'll talk about it for creeping got the same thing for leveling the deck you've got the same thing for oil changing for all types of simple maintenance items so a lot of the simple maintenance a lot of the simple things that you'd want to do at home but you might not exactly know what this unit does compared to one of your other units you know what's different about it there's a little bit different tweaking this will give you a step by step the first time they can follow through with that and then after that they know how to do it but i think the next thing that we're going to be doing is loading this up and taking it out to one of my sites and starting to use it so let's get out let's get we're gonna cut this area right here and we're just gonna see how she does but let's go see how the blades are holding up because we've cut just about everything that was buried in timmy's yard and you guys may have seen how that looked so that's what we're dealing with and we're gonna go give her a finished mo because why not do it bass backwards dirt monkey style because technically we should have finished mode first so we could do it on proven sharp blades so you can actually see the performance of the machine but i'm gonna guess at some point some of you guys may if you buy a dewalt not have always perfectly sharp blades and let's just see how it cuts without perfectly sharp blades and we'll see how long it takes baby to skedoot once the lawnmower comes over here oh that's a bee she
