This SHADY home builder cut corners

What happens here

The project begins with the demolition of the existing, old retaining walls. This involves using heavy machinery like a Kubota SVL 75-2 skid steer and a Bobcat 331 excavator to efficiently remove concrete blocks and other debris. Workers also use a concrete cutting saw for precise cuts and shovels for manual clearing of the base area along the foundation. One existing wall (first wall) is removed, then after some block laying for the new wall, a second existing wall is also demolished.

Goal: Clear the area of old, damaged retaining walls.
