This RWD Converted Turbo LS Swap Impala SS is a Super Sleeper! (He Explains How He Did It w/Pics!)
What happens here
To eliminate power to the front wheels while retaining the front hubs for steering and rolling, the original front CV (Constant Velocity) shafts are removed, cut, and the stub ends are re-bolted into the front hubs. This maintains the integrity of the hub bearings and allows the front wheels to spin freely without being driven.
Goal: Disable front-wheel drive while retaining functional front hubs.
