Automated Stain Application

What happens here

Once the picket enters the machine, it is carried by a series of rollers. Stain, which is continuously supplied from the machine's reservoir, is applied to all sides of the wood by specialized rollers. Following the initial application, a set of brushes works the stain into the wood fibers, ensuring deep penetration and uniform coverage. This automated process minimizes streaks and provides a consistent finish. Any excess stain is scraped off by internal mechanisms and drains into the collection bucket below.
