Full Collapse of the Entire Ladder

What happens here

To fully collapse the entire telescoping ladder for storage or transport, locate the two larger yellow trigger buttons positioned on the inside of the ladder's main uprights, near the bottom. Simultaneously press both of these trigger buttons. The entire ladder will then smoothly and slowly descend, with all rungs retracting into the compact base due to the soft-close mechanism. This action transforms the 12.5-foot ladder into a highly portable and storable unit.

Goal: Collapse the ladder completely for storage or transport.
