What happens here

Stanley gets underneath the Cargo Max trailer to inspect its wiring and suspension. Don explains that the wiring is a molded harness run within the tubular frame, preventing snags and damage, unlike exposed wiring on other trailers. He also points out the galvanized steel axle and the rubber torsion suspension system, which he states provides a superior ride and greater durability than traditional systems. He highlights the full welds on the aluminum frame, contrasting them with spot welds found on lesser quality trailers.

Goal: Verify the quality of wiring and suspension components.

around and you know i'm saying that because not everybody full welds all the way around i've seen trailers where it's just spot welded here spot welded you're right holy crap this is like i just accidentally moved the whole trailer with one hand [Music] so you're not seeing a bunch of wiring hanging down because it's all run within the tubular frame of the trailer which is a big deal it's a molded harness run within the system so it's not going to be catching on stuff or i don't see any wire on you so how do you change the wires then don well you don't ever really have to if you did have a short they can be changed they actually pull through you use a snake system okay so everything is completely encased oh so you could take the back cap off if you had to run new wiring yep to get at it led lights to see how this is actually within the aluminum extrusion it's in case if you were to back this into something yeah you're going to hit metal and not break your lights off oh yeah so so the lights are actually protected by the frame right so it's indented into the frame so the frame's built in to protect it okay they actually bolt the bed now in the body of the trailer down to the frame so they're into the frame
