This 12V Impact Driver Is A BEAST! #powertools #tools #diy

What happens here

Begin by positioning the wooden lumber components that need to be joined. Use a clamp, such as a BESSEY K Body Revo Jr. clamp, to firmly hold the pieces together, ensuring they are aligned correctly and won't shift during fastening. Next, load a structural screw onto an appropriate impact driver bit, which should be inserted into your Milwaukee impact driver. Carefully align the structural screw perpendicular to the surface of the wooden beam where it will be driven. Start the impact driver slowly to get the screw started, then apply steady pressure and increase speed to drive the screw fully into the wood. Continue driving until the head of the structural screw is flush with or slightly countersunk into the wood surface. Repeat the process for additional structural screws as needed to create a strong, secure connection between the wooden components. The video demonstrates installing two such screws.

Goal: Secure wooden lumber using structural screws for structural integrity
