(19,997 characters)All right, folks. This is the International Builders' Show 2026. We have some amazing finds here for you. There are tools, construction innovation, all kinds of practices going on, and I'm going to show you about it. So, come along. Let's get to fixing. All right, we are at Demtra. Why is there water on top of this skylight? We show you how strong the waterproof at the skylight. The water leak is is a disaster, but this one we will see how strong the waterproof. Would that be to have a fish tank on your roof, guys? She says it is possible with this style of skylight right here. Yeah, correct. >> this is a really amazing. What about this one over here? Yeah, this one very unique. You'll see it's a shining. Yeah, just because of the glass and the shape. Yeah, you saw the the skylight is up and the down. >> Oh, and it's got screen you can Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's got a screen underneath there. It can raise and lower. Yeah, it can up and down. And the mesh can stop or stop something going in. >> Yeah. >> fresh fresh air. Wow. If it's raining, if you're not at home, they will close automatically. >> And so, these right here are the controllers? Yeah, controller up and down. And there's a sensor for rainy windy sensor here. This is a very smart design and to save you a lot a lot of labor cost. Yeah, so you get the perfect skylight and put on the stand and screw. All you have to do is screw this down once it's set in place. >> One second. One second and one one second and one skylight. >> Four screws and you're done. >> Yeah, and the Put the plug on it. Wow. >> Yeah, so very easy, but a good performance. You see, all the corner is a welded. There's no any gap. It's a waterproof here. Yeah, and this can't open up. >> still has the function to raise and lower like the big one. Sure. Yes. >> Awesome. >> Yes. Where can we find this at? Do matter.com and northglass.com. Anyway. >> Thank you very much. >> Well, the traditional pull-down fold-out attic ladder they're dangerous. Especially as we get older, you're on your toes. You only have 3 in for your foot. You have 7 in with a standard model here. It makes it easy to open. A lot of people can't open the fold-out ladders. So, black iron handrails. This is all feels very sturdy. It's all made in the US. The stairs are actuated by gas shocks. There's no power. There's a 2-year warranty. They ship from Illinois. Our standard kit doesn't include any wood. It includes every nut, bolt, screw, everything that you need to build it. All the templates. There's 16 videos. 60 pages of instructions so that anyone can do it. That's really what we have. That's awesome, guys. So, if you're looking for a DIY stair kit, this this safe stairs setup is really awesome. Where can we find your product at? It's safestairs.com and we go from 7-ft ceiling height up to 14 1/2 standard. And we like I say, we can do wider stairs and we can also do taller on custom if you need it. And what's the load rating on this? They're They're designed for 300 lb, but we can go over that custom as well. All right, cool. Thank you very much, Ed. >> Thank you. So, this is our new ice breaker series. It is actually freeze proof. So, in a standard hydrant, what will happen if you keep the hose on, water will back up, water expands and will actually burst the pipe. What we've come up with through the vent cap, if you leave the hose on, inside here there's a freeze plug. So, as the water freezes through the hose, it will actually pop the plug keeping the barrel safe. And all you need to do in the spring once once the thaw comes, is just replace this cap and you are good to go. But, here is the actual replacement part kit if it would freeze, very simple. And if you have a standard 420 series, you can upgrade to the ice breaker series replacing the vent cap with the uh freeze plug. That is awesome, guys. Arrowhead Brass, I love their products simply because I can repair most of the time instead of replacing. Absolutely. >> Thank you very much, Sean. Thank you. Find out spec sheets, more information on arrowheadbrass.com. Awesome. Cool. Thank you very much. >> Thank you. Yeah. It almost looks like a freaking Amadeu Hershey Kiss. And man, I love it. Like, wow. All right, cool design. Oh, can we come inside? Yes. Yes. Of course. Awesome. Yeah, that's fine. Thank you. Oh. Oh, the light. Super cool. It's up here. >> [laughter] >> Man, what a cool little setup, guys. I have to say, as far as a little mountain cabin, something of that nature, [laughter] this is awesome. We are from Europe, but we're building our business here in the US. You have a website? Yes, we have a website and you can find us on Instagram. It's EvoZone, the name of the company. EvoZone.com? >> EvoZone.com, yes. All right, awesome. Thank you very much. >> EvoZone.us EvoZone.us.com EvoZone.usa [snorts] Okay, thank you. That's 5,971 bottles saved on this. And now Elkay is bringing this into your home. This is the Live Easy. What's amazing about this product is it gives you a new way to have filtered water in your home, have it anywhere in your home. We're seeing people install these bottle fillers in mud rooms and family rooms, master bedrooms, laundry rooms, all over the house, making it so much more convenient to drink filtered water throughout the day. >> Maybe someone will find them one day. I love that. I mean, I think it's very cool. It looks sleek. How easy is it to change the filter? So, the great thing about this new unit is that with two screws at the top and two screws at the bottom, you're able to easily access not only the three AA batteries that work on the system, but also the filter. This filter removes lead, PFOA, microplastics, and more. 2,200 gallons of filtered water for you and your family to be replaced once a year. Right on, that's awesome. That is I mean, this is what I've come to know and love from the commercial unit as well. This filtration system. Uh and where can we find your product at? So, we recommend you check out elkay.com for all the information you need on where to find our product. >> Awesome, thank you very much. >> Thank you. >> I had this piece of stone here, and if it was on the ground, the only way to really lift and move it is for me to grip the sides, which is a pain in the butt. And if I have to install them, then I'm going to have to get my fingers pinched, and then I'm going to be bending over all day long, thus strain on my back. With my electric suction cup here, all I need to do is turn the vacuum on. And now I have a handle to lift this material. Now, it says 375 lb. If this stone weighed 375 lb, it'll hold it. If I could lift 375 lb, which I probably can't, but that's okay. So, this handle allows me to grip and move just about any surface I stick it to. Oh, that's awesome, dude. >> drywall, stone, plastic, metal, glass, whatever I stick it to, I'll be able to put a handle and transport that material. There are only a couple of limitations, though. This tool is not pulling enough air for something as porous as this cinder block here. >> Okay. This cinder block's got a lot of holes and voids, and it's made made to be that way. Water will drip through. It's just not powerful enough to pull that much air. >> Yep. We made a Grabo high-flow. The high-flow is pulling way more air than this cinder block CAN LEAK OUT. AGAIN, IF I GOT TO MOVE 100 OF THESE THINGS a day, it's going to pinch my fingers and cause strain my back. This is going to be able to allow me to easily move, install any material I want on the job site. I love it, dude. Where can we get your products at? Well, grabo.com has a dealer locator. If you are in a remote area, we'll ship it to you. Otherwise, just find somewhere near you on our map. Thank you very much, Joe. You could build this house right here in 1 day with three guys and a little crane. >> Correct. Absolutely. >> Wow. What makes this product a little bit different? I'll just show you. Okay. Simple as that. You can't burn. Tony, you feel that? Nothing. Nothing. >> [snorts] >> And you can do it more than 4 hours. Your walls are way thicker than that. 8 in just forget about it. Okay. That is awesome. >> no pest. Zero tolerance for the pay any let's say pest and everything. You see the noise? Yeah. How about now? Oh. Oh, so that the sound insulation on this is ridiculous, too. All right, why in the water? Because it's just floating. It's floating. It doesn't absorb water. >> floats. It doesn't absorb water at all. And you can build the house and your kids will be safe. It's simple as that. We have five ingredients. Sand, cement, lime, gypsum, and aluminum powder to make it even better. We just mixture in it and after it will go to the autoclaving. Okay. Autoclaving. And after that, after 14 hours, we have that such a beautiful product. Tell me, how does this go together? Yeah. And we're just mortaring this together? No, it's just glue. It's just glue? >> It is just the glue. Simple glue. Okay, so glue in your walls and we can build a house. Yes. All right, so where can we find your product at? Uh it's on our website bonolit.us. Awesome. Thank you very much. Robert, why do people want this? Well, I mean it's a it's a luxury item. We started out in the commercial business and we moved into luxury residential and obviously you're building a luxury home. People always want something different. Right. This is very unique product. It's not something you're going to find in everybody's home. Someday we hope so, but right now, no. But uh you use a CO2 liquid CO2 to chill, sanitize, and deodorize the glass. This is our all-in-one unit which is This is our drop-in unit. This is what it looks like when you cut it into the counter. The tank goes underneath. Very nice. >> CO2 exits. You can see it's white. That's -100° Fahrenheit. So, in 3 seconds, it kills bacteria, sanitizes the glass as well as chilling it, but it also takes away odors that are caused from detergent or just sitting around. In restaurants, sometimes you get bar rags that get a little smelly. Takes away those odors. So, you're you're sure to get a clean, dry glass. The other feature is dilution. If you put this in a glass froster, when you pull it out of the freezer, it it has ice build-up, so you get that sweating on the outside of your glass, but you're also getting it inside on your beer. Here, when this dries, it dries perfectly clear because it's >> And you're not getting that. No, you're not getting the moisture. You're You're basically This is a 10-lb tank. This will hold a 20. 20 will do 400 glasses. In a residential application, a 20-lb tank will last you months. >> A long time. A long time. Yeah, I see. So, it's not like you're changing it out, you know, on a regular basis. And this is just a little countertop model, right? >> Yeah, and it comes in stainless, the black, and the and the white. These are powder-coated. If you go to our website, thrillinternational.com, and we stock the product here in the US. Cameron, tell me what we got going on here, dude. All right. So, we have the integrated pop-up power point. So, this is the only pop-up in the US market that's fully integrated into the counter top. We've got the 65-W USB-Cs. So, that's for your laptop charging. Very cool. So, this is a high-output charger, then. Absolutely. Awesome. And we're on a countertop, dude. So, tell me about water in this thing. If you spill a glass of water or any liquid, we've got weep holes around our mounting flange here. So, the water will drip down into the cabinet, It needs to be wiped out, but the unit is safe is got the IP rating of 44, so it's fully electrically safe. Very cool. And tell me, where can we find your product at? So, you can find it on our website. It's www.pointpod.com and then >> So, tell me, when what problem does this solve? It solves And I've got a little king fancy covers we have made from plastics from metals and it's fresh human invitable. Awesome. Show me. Please, yes. You can also send cover. And the finishing all magnets on the top of there. >> Oh, yeah. >> And you you can cover it like this. Wow. And this is called earlier turn back. Yes. >> Other than the metal PC covers you have in the house. And it's magnetically movable. So, all you need to take it off and the cutting your duct without take off the framing any. All right. So, tell me, what's this product what what's this made out of? This is made of low density fiber cement board. They're non-combustible, termite resistant, mold resistant. Awesome. >> lifetime. And you're doing a little something for people that want to hide stuff as well, right? Tell me about let's check out your access panels. So, this is an access door 6 by 6. >> Yes. And so, you cut off the gypsum board off, put this framing in and the mud tape here and the cover it. You can remove it with the magnet here, open it with screwdriver. And look and the cover it like this. Very cool, dude. All right, Wayne, where can we find your product at? You can find our product from our webpage called Nvdi tool .com. All right, awesome. Thank you. You're very welcome. All right, now well, you're going to have to tell me how do you make real bark panels? >> All righty, so in the summertime when it's making that next layer on the tree, it's got enough sap and water in between this cambium layer and the actual hardwood that I can I can actually go in there and I can pry that bark right off. So from there, I flatten, dry it, and square it, and put it on a pallet and we sell it for siding. Guys, so crazy. No, look at that. The moss. And what makes it an exterior? I mean, is it thicker? Is it treated? >> So when it's lapped like this, it'll shed the water. Gotcha. >> also in the installation guide, you've got tar paper under that. So anything that any water that fall in the cracks just sheds right off. All right, and then you have one other thing. I mean, this is very cool. You're doing a tree house like this is Yes, that's the thing to do. That's for sure. That's for sure. And I also have my smart bark over here. And this basically what we've done is we molded a real piece of bark, and that's made out of closed-cell polyurethane foam. We got a 25-year limited warranty on it, and it fits together like a puzzle piece. The only fastener the face fastener there is is one in the corner over here, and that's it. And that's all you ever see. I mean, and hey, where can we get this at? Yeah, if you just want to go to barkclad.com, you family business, so you'll either be speaking to me or my sister. So yeah, we'll get you taken care of. Thank you very much. All right, Donna, why do I need one of these? Because you don't want to get sick. When you are pinching, poking, twisting, suffocating, burning, prodding a tick, you begin to traumatize the tick. And when the tick is traumatized, they're going to fight back. They're going to regurgitate their stomach contents back into the host. And if they have disease, they're going to transmit it with that regurgitation. I don't want none of that. I don't think you do. No, so show me how this works. So you're going to take this key, you're going to put it flush over the tick, give it a pull flush against the skin, you're going to remove it head and all. Clean it with a little bit of alcohol, it's ready for its next use, and remember to keep it on your key ring or your lanyard so you don't lose it. Wow, okay, and where can we get your product at? You could go to our website, tickkey.com, put your zip code in, and you should be able to find stores that retail them in your area. Guys, I mean, one of my friends just got alpha-gal from a tick this last year, and I'm going to tell you, maybe this could have helped him out. Have you ever seen water burn? We are at AquaFire. These units are running off of essentially tap water. Um, they're coming with their own water softener kits if you're hard plumbing them, and uh you are able to have what looks like fire with none of the uh risks of burn. You can put your hand right in that fire. That's so interesting. Yeah. >> I mean, really, it looks so cool. Uh it just feels like it. I mean, you can go all these different colors. You've got this crazy cool look. >> Talking about colors, we actually have uh more color variants than anybody even close to us as a com- as a competitor. So, we've got over 20 different colors that you can cycle through on these fireplaces. And it's just infinite options really for however you want this to look. Where these really uh stand out is this is the only line of water vapor fireplaces that actually have two strips of LEDs instead of one. And what it allows you to do is actually blend colors simultaneously. And when you're looking at a product like this, you can actually pick up on the orange and red that is evenly spread across that flame. Yeah. That's That's what's really going to give you that impression of a gas or wood burning fireplace. That is super cool, guys. Now, what's even better is with these units, if you're not hard plumbing them as as you don't have to, they have a built-in self-fill feature, and it's the only uh offering in the industry that offers this. How it works is instead of you having to take off any logs or stones you would have placed on top, removing a lid, unscrewing a cap, funneling water into the device, you're actually just coming over here, you're popping this little cap off, you're taking a little hose that comes with the unit, goes right there, the other end of your hose will go right to a water bottle, and you'll click this button, and the entire fireplace will suck all the water up in under a minute. And it won't overflow? >> won't overflow. What? Absolutely. What's also great is the amount of time you can burn on a fill. It's up to 20 hours of flame time. You know, this is with the lid off. Uh what you're going to notice is you know, every 20-in partition has its own water tank. It's a two-tier water system, so you can hold enough water to get up to 20 hours of flame time. Uh you got your little mist maker that's built into this little reservoir right here. You can see that the flames are ejecting out of the unit in a pattern that looks like fire. It is not strips like you see from any other competitor out there. It is truly a flame presentation. But where it also wins when you got this lid off is how this installs. So when you're installing these, anything else out there, you need to have some sort of base for this unit to be sitting on. You need to be encompassing room air intake into your structure for the unit to breathe. You don't need any either of those things here. We've got this strip all along the unit. These are strong enough to actually have the unit sit suspended in the structure that you have built. So no base required. When you do get your lid on top, these lids actually have built-in vents. And with these vents, you don't have to allow for room air intake. It makes installation twice as easy. We've got a brand new development that we've just launched, which is an actual box that you can just buy this box for ease of installation, wood stud right to the box, buy a unit, pop it inside, call the project finished. Wow. Very cool, dude. I love this. Where can we find your product at? So, you can find find us through a variety of dealers all over North America. We're both in USA and Canada. There's also our website aquafire.com where you can see all the three different tiers of product that we make and the three different sizes that we have for each one. Very cool. Thank you very much. Thank you. Hi guys, we are at the Toto booth. We are checking out something new and…
