Installing the Circular Paver Patio and Fire Pit

What happens here
To create the circular paver patio with a central fire pit as shown, first establish the layout for the entire patio area and excavate the soil to the necessary depth, typically 8-12 inches, allowing for the paver thickness, bedding sand, and a substantial gravel base. Install geotextile fabric across the excavated area. Then, lay and compact multiple layers of crushed gravel (base rock), ensuring proper slope for drainage. On top of the compacted gravel, spread a 1-inch layer of bedding sand, screeding it perfectly level. Begin assembling the circular fire pit using specialized fire pit blocks and high-temperature adhesive, ensuring it is centered and level. Next, lay the patio pavers around the fire pit, starting with the outer perimeter. The video shows diverse patterns, including a herringbone design and straight courses of pavers in different colors. This requires careful measurement and precise cutting of pavers with a wet saw to achieve accurate circular shapes and maintain consistent joint lines.
Goal: Build a central fire pit and lay its surrounding paver patterns.
