what we put the squash in so these are oxygen absorbers guys and these go inside these bags they're called mylar bags eight by 12 mylar bags and this is what we store our harvest right food in okay so that's a uv resistant bag right there and again this will make food shelf stable for up to 25 years so the enemy of any preserved food like this is going to be moisture and oxygen and that's why we put the oxygen absorbers in there okay it's really humid outside
