What happens here
After the paver is accurately marked, move it to a safe cutting area. Place the paver on a stable surface, such as a wooden plank or sawhorse, ensuring it is securely supported. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and hearing protection (as demonstrated by the worker). Use a power cutter, such as the Milwaukee cut-off saw shown, equipped with a diamond blade. Carefully align the blade with the scribed line and make the cut. For intricate or thicker cuts, it may be necessary to make multiple shallow passes or to score the line and then use a chisel and hammer to break away the excess material cleanly. The goal is to remove the excess paver material precisely along the marked contour.
Goal: This step involves using a specialized power saw to precisely cut along the scribed line on the paver, ensuring a clean and accurate fit.
