The Greatest Trailer Invention I've Seen in Decades

What happens here

To install the Stillwell Power Band, first remove the wheel and existing brake drum assembly from the trailer's axle. The installation begins by fitting the new backing plate with the integrated stator over the trailer's spindle. The kit includes three bolts and corresponding nuts to securely fasten the backing plate. Ensure the stator sits flush against the backing plate for proper function. The two extra wires from the stator, which are different from the standard brake wires, are then fished through the back of the backing plate using existing holes with grommets. These wires will connect to the control unit.

Goal: Replace standard brake components with the regenerative backing plate and run initial wiring.
