What happens here
After the main body of the retaining wall is constructed, capstones are installed on the top surface. These caps are typically glued in place to provide a finished look and secure the top course of blocks. The final grading and shaping of the land adjacent to the wall also take place, including spreading soil and wood chips in the playground area.
Goal: Complete the retaining wall's appearance and finalize the surrounding landscape grading.
