Introduction and Basic Siphon Demonstration

What happens here

The demonstrator introduces 'The Original Safety Siphon' as the world's best siphon. He places the brass-ended siphon into a container of blue liquid. To initiate the siphoning action, he shakes the siphon up and down a few times within the liquid. This action primes the siphon, and the blue liquid begins to flow through the clear hose into a lower container. He claims it can empty a 5-gallon container in 60 seconds and emphasizes that it is 100% USA made.

Goal: Demonstrate the ease of priming and transferring fluid with the Safety Siphon.
