Demonstration of Optional Shut-off Valve

What happens here

The demonstrator shows an optional shut-off valve accessory. This valve is attached to the siphon hose near the outlet. He demonstrates how to stop the flow of liquid by closing the valve, effectively holding the prime within the siphon. This feature allows the user to pause fluid transfer and move the siphon to another container without losing the prime, making it convenient for transferring fluids between multiple gas cans or similar containers. He then re-opens the valve to resume the flow.
