to damage metal the siding right here you don't want to get too close to the siding you'll start to get a feel for it but we don't want to damage siding so you kind of you'll stay about this far away and get closer you know as you're comfortable and with it cleaning so we'll walk around some of that on things on the house power washing we've got vents up here these vents go to the attic so we don't want to shoot you a lot of water into those vents because that's goes um into the attic into insulation and we don't want to get their insulation all wet we do want to clean them we do want to pressure wash them but um just don't directly shoot a lot of water into them we've got a camera um right here i think there's multiple cameras around the house we don't want to directly shoot water at the camera so we'll kind of work around it it should be waterproof we're going to be make sure we want to clean the bottoms of the garage doors there's going to be weather strips we want to clean those so our tape will stick to it when we get to painting so that's the front of the house the brick so this brick right here we are going to be white washing this brick so we definitely want to pressure wash the brick clean that really good because we don't want the brick all dirty when we um go to whitewash it so we're turning this brick white and then um and so we definitely want to clean it we're not going to be using any type of chemicals once again we don't use chemicals i don't like to expose my clients property to chemicals i don't like to be breathing chemicals and you know for 28 years i've just used water and water uses or works just fine works excellent with a rotating nozzle so coming around to the front of the house here um we are going to be painting the front door so we got these um these are light sensors right here and we have damaged those before um by spraying directly at them so you want to just spray around those light sensors we don't want to damage those things they're not exposed to the sun but they do oxidize over time and get weak where it's painting the front door so we
