Position and Align the First Skirting Panel

What happens here

Begin by taking the first composite skirting panel. Position it vertically against the edge of the deck's framing, ensuring the top edge is flush with the top of the deck frame or a designated line. Check for proper vertical alignment (plumb) and ensure the panel is seated correctly at the bottom, just above ground level. The worker is wearing work gloves during this process.
