Stuck in the MUD AGIAN!! Farm Chores gone wrong today!

What happens here

The Stoney Ridge Farmer introduces the current state of a stream crossing in a wooded part of his property, indicating it's a critical access point. He explains the need to build a better crossing for vehicles, showing the existing small stream and a roughly graded path. The initial assessment involves driving through the area and discussing the purpose of the upcoming work.

Goal: The video starts with an introduction from the farmer, driving a utility terrain vehicle (UTV) through a wooded area, setting the scene for a new construction project to improve a stream crossing.

hey there folks this is Josh Stoney Ridge farmer welcome back to the farm today we're taking the Kubota at X 1140 over to the dirt pile so we've got some dirt that we can use for filter and over here on the farm and we're going to be repairing a bridge that almost totally washed out with this huge rainstorm we recently had so come along today as we get a little bit of work done I'm traveling down a road that we built here on the farm probably about two years ago and way back in the woods absolutely beautiful looks like in my rain we'll cross our fingers but today we're going to get a little bit of work done and we're going to work with mater we're going to call the old dump truck we just bought we're going to call him mater so we're going to take mater load him up and we're gonna fix this bridge up here it's gonna be a good time alright we'll need to free to word ain't afraid of please ain't afraid to get the job done and we ain't afraid of loud times like this [Music] you mess up my freedom I chain as well chicken keys okay guys so here we are there's a beautiful waterfall just down the creek right here it's just an awesome spot one of our most favorite places on the farm with the exception of when it floods water gets way up right here like really bad so we've got ridges up both sides of the farm right here and basically all the water from those ridges comes right down here into the creek the ponds were overflowing the last time we had a huge rain and it was just a disaster so you can see let's walk over here a little bit you can see kinda all the debris that's up in the trees right here that's what happened this Creek was not this big two months ago it really expanded the creek so I've already kind of got a start on this and I thought man what better idea to make a video than to show you guys what we're doing so there are two pipes to 24-inch pipes in the ground right here which makes a 48 inch pipe that's a big pipe that's a lot of water and what happened was I've got riprap rock over here on this side it did well I had riff-raff Rock right here rip wrath however you say it supposed to comment but that washed out right down here so what we've got to do is fill in this hole and get back in the creek and throw all that rip wrath back up on this embankment and my plan is to take some concrete and pour over top of this so that hopefully we don't have this washing problem anymore what the challenge today is is getting that big dump truck backed all the way…
