What happens here
Check the chick feeder, a white plastic cylinder with a red base, to determine if it needs refilling. Remove the chick feeder from the brooder. Fill the feeder with an appropriate amount of chick feed, ensuring it's not overfilled to minimize waste. Return the filled feeder to its place in the galvanized steel stock tank brooder, positioning it so that all chicks can easily reach the feed. Ensure the feed is fresh and free from contamination, and the heat lamp and waterer are still properly positioned.
