Automated Lumber Staining Process

What happens here

Begin by preparing the "Expert Stain Machine" for operation. Ensure its reservoir is filled with "Expert Stain and Seal oil" and that a collection bucket is positioned directly beneath the machine's output area to capture any excess stain for reuse. This specialized machine is equipped with six rollers and twelve brushes, designed to process lumber up to 6x12 inches. Carefully feed individual pieces of raw lumber into the machine's intake. The machine's rollers will guide the lumber through, while its brushes simultaneously apply and back-brush the stain onto the top, bottom, and both sides of the wood. This automated process ensures complete and even coverage in a single pass, resulting in an "amazing looking finish." The "Expert Stain and Seal oil" itself is a self-leveling, penetrating oil that prevents fingerprints and provides long-lasting protection, ensuring the wood is ready for assembly after drying.
