Spray Poles Explained: Paint Faster, Reach Higher & Make More Money

What happens here

The presenter showcases the evolution of spray pole design by comparing his original 20-year-old model with newer versions. He points out that on older models, if the spray head broke, the entire pole had to be replaced, making repairs costly. Newer generations, however, feature a replaceable head design. This means if the head breaks, only that component needs to be purchased and snapped in, significantly reducing replacement costs and downtime. He demonstrates how the new head easily snaps into place, allowing painters to carry spare heads for quick field repairs.

Goal: Understand the design improvements in modern spray poles.
