Remove Bottom Masking and Secure Ground Protection

and I've had to reshoot things before. When I raise it up halfway, I pull the masking off the bottom, and then we'll let it dry, lower it back down, and I pull our masking. If you got a garage door with uh glass windows in there, want to make sure you use the proper tape to uh to mask them with. I used Frog Tape blue and Frog Tape green. There's nothing like having to, you know, pull your masking off and you use a production tape and now you got to take a 5 in1 or a window scraper and clean your glass off. I used a Frog Tape production tape on the ground. I got two rows of 9 in paper. People are going to, you know, question. I don't I don't ever put a drop cloth out here beyond that. If you're uncomfortable, run a 4x12, you know, drop cloth runner. But the tip that I use and the pressure that I use and the distance that I keep my gun from the door, I would never get wet overspray beyond these two rows of masking. If you did get wet overspray, that could be really bad. So, if you don't have a lot of um, you know, experience or skills spraying, you know, it's better safe than sorry. Throw a drop cloth down. Put your masking over the top of the drop cloth. Tape it and tack it. Make sure your masking is tacked down good enough. It is windy today. If this isn't tacked down, it can flip up, hit your door. That could be disastrous cuz it's hard to get um get that out. The seams right here, you know, are we going to get, you know, overspray on vehicles inside? I've been doing this for over 25 years. I've never moved a vehicle inside. I've never um masked a vehicle inside cuz you won't get overspray. The metal doors, they
