What happens here

Wearing a full face shield and orange safety gloves for protection against spray and potential messes, insert the straw into the tire's valve stem. Begin injecting the foam by pressing the nozzle. The foam rapidly expands, and the presenter attempts to fill the tire completely, noting some foam oozing out and the tire inflating quickly. He mentions that this particular foam doesn't expand as much as others.
