What happens here
The farmer elaborates on the history and future plans for the project site. He explains that the area was previously a mobile home site, then became overgrown with pine saplings. His current goal is to seamlessly integrate this space into his existing lawn, utilizing the newly spread wood chips to naturally enrich and build up the soil. He identifies a large poplar tree, located dangerously close to his house and containing old railroad spikes, which he plans to remove for safety reasons and to further expand the clear lawn area. He also uses this opportunity to educate viewers on distinguishing between a 'post oak' (showing its distinct leaf) and a 'willow oak'.
Goal: Outline the long-term land development strategy for the new lawn.
