Pre-finish and Install Upper Shelving/Cabinets

What happens here

After all the shelves are installed, the existing raw wood shelves are given a pre-applied edge band veneer. This is done off-site by the builder using an iron to activate the adhesive and a trimmer for clean edges. This pre-finishing technique simplifies installation. The shelving units are then carefully installed in the pantry, leveraging cut-off pieces as risers to ensure proper height and alignment for the upper cabinets.

Goal: Install pre-finished upper shelving units and cabinets.
