Shop lighting ideas for inside and out? Something you've never seen! #tooltuesday

bam look at [Music] that it's too dark I can't see it guys welcome bam to the Stony Ridge Farm channel here on tul Tuesday on the Stony Ridge today is going to be interesting and fun I'm going to show you guys some cool lights that I've been using on the farm for around I guess about 10 months now I didn't want to bring them to you until I could tell you exactly how I liked them and if they were any good this is tool Tuesday where we always feature a new cool interesting and handy tool for your property for your house for your shop or for your fun for an outdoor venue for a restaurant for a party yeah let's have some [Music] fun welcome back to the mega shop up here on tul Tuesday this is the shop that's behind my house eventually I hope to have this shop as a barn dominium we're going to go in there in just a second so stay tuned I wanted to bring you guys these really cool lights these are from voltrex lighting and I'll show you what they are it's an inflatable lighting system see right here that is just a balloon so the balloon is used as a diffuser and you can see it's really lighting our porch up really nice we've got wiring here but we haven't got everything installed yet they come on a tripod or you can hang them from the ceiling I've got this one running off a battery Bank box right here and it's pulling 142 WTS and it's it's only draining about 1% every four or five minutes something like that that one's under the porch right here we've got another one inside the shop you're going to love so these are 150 watts I did reach out to volx lighting and they are going to provide us with a coupon code so there'll be a coupon code scrolling across the bottom of the screen and we'll post a link down the video description for you guys we always do that on tool Tuesday and we always reach out to the company in hopes that they'll give us something that we can save a little bit of money on so these are lighting Towers on tripods and basically these are powered by AC power right now the other one's powered by a battery Bank you could plug these into a generator whatever you want to plug them into and here is how they work you can use the remote or you can just plug it and unplug it we can dim it all of them dim 100% 50% we can what else can we do dim them way down for that romantic evening right we can bring them all the way back up totally dimmable cool 100% right there we can turn them off so this is a bag that sits on top and it's really Innovative I've never seen anything like this before but there's a bag that sits a top this little fan motor along with the LED lights that are inside those LED lights project light upward into this bag and these bags become diffusers there is a monstrous one these are 150 watts there's a monster 700 water in there we're going to check that out in just a second I'll hit the own button and they fire up literally takes them about 10 seconds 5 seconds maybe to inflate they come with a unique little storage bag and you have a storage bag for your tripod also so if you want to haul these to an event to a venue or to your neighbor's party you will be the hit of the party it will light that backyard up like nobody's business now let's go inside the shop I've been using these in the shop to work at night because I don't have my lighting all wired up it takes a lot and it's hard to find an electrician nowadays so let's go inside and I'll show you what we've got you may use this for your total lighting solution for your shop building once you see this monster so if you've never been in here guys welcome this is the Mega shop again the mega shop is just a big shop it's 112 by 50ft shop and I've got a few toys in here and a few things that I need to work on so this is the Yoda corn a nice little 88 Toyota 75,000 actual miles on that Critter super nice guys so what we've got here is the big daddy that is the 700 wat monster right there and you can see it is lighting a 112 by 50t building it is lighting this thing with no troubles whatsoever there is a remote over by the door over there this has a much more robust tripod system and I actually put Caster wheels on it so that I could roll it around the shop and put it where I wanted the most light now when I put all of those Lighting systems in here this place lights up like Christmas morning you better believe it and they don't pull a whole lot of power so as we crank on this this raises and lowers the lighting system there's some adjustments up here there's an onoff switch and there's also a remote control we'll walk over here to the remote control these are the freezers where we keep our farm fresh beef so let's walk on over here this is going to be the finished area of the shop that's going to be the shop area and here is our remote I stuck in on the wall we have brightness we can dim it we can turn it on we can turn it off that's off back on bam just like that I can dim it down to 50% 100% or I can pre-program different scenes in there now when I get ready to get out of the shop right let's get her on 100% bright as she'll go when I get ready to leave the shop I can hit this button it's the 30C button and then we wait 30 seconds and this thing allows me to have enough time to escape the shop before it totally shuts off I don't think that the other ones have that feature nope they just have the on off so let's go out here on the front porch and see it's lit up like Christmas morning too look at how bright these things are guys so you can really get an idea of how bright they are it's not all the way dark just yet we're going to get you guys a goodidea idea of just how bright and awesome they are so that's on let's see that's 50% that's off on bam look at that so voltrx lighting guys I thought I'd bring this to you I thought it'd be a fun tool Tuesday video for you something I've been using in the shop you see me in here working and you don't see the overhead lights working because these actually are better than the overhead lights that I have the diffuser is what's the ticket that blowup diffuser helps to spread the light out where it's not just shooting a beam just like the they're nice and bright they're dimmable we can totally adjust our light to set the Ambiance or the mood is that 50% off 50 bam 100 bam it was already on 50 and it was so bright I couldn't even tell awesome guys so if you got an outdoor venue an outdoor party if you've got to work on your truck or your tractor and we got in a pinch the other day we lost a tire on the tractor out in the middle of the forest and I didn't even think to grab my little jump box right here and my voltra light if I had had that we' have been much more safe versus totting around about five flashlights they also make I'll show you this Critter an awesome Lantern this is a lantern we're always using light this time of year on the arm simply because it's gets dark at 1:00 in the afternoon it seems like so I'll crank
