What happens here

With the temporary fuel system in place and the carburetor primed, attempt to start the engine. Instruct the person in the driver's seat to turn the power switch on, allowing the fuel pump to run and build pressure, then briefly press the starter button. The engine turns over but doesn't fully catch. After a second attempt, the engine briefly fires up, making a loud 'squealing' noise, prompting the operator to immediately turn it off. This squealing is suspected to be from the water pump.

Goal: Attempt to start the engine and observe its initial behavior.
