Drill the Plumbing Hole
At 0:10 in
scariest part of installing a pool #swimmingpool #construction
What happens here
Once the location is marked and the hole saw is securely attached to the cordless drill, you are ready to drill. Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from fiberglass dust and debris. Position the pilot bit of the hole saw precisely at the marked center point on the fiberglass pool wall. Begin drilling at a moderate speed, applying steady, even pressure. Allow the hole saw to cut through the fiberglass without forcing it. The hole saw will gradually chew through the material, creating a clean circular cut. Continue drilling until the hole saw fully penetrates the pool wall and the circular piece of fiberglass is detached.
Goal: Create a clean, circular opening for plumbing connections
