Rusty Old Hand Made Knife Restoration....WITH CHEAP HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS!!!

What happens here

Attach the buffing wheels to the buffer. First, slide a bushing onto the shaft. Then, place a cup-shaped washer with the cup facing inward onto the shaft. Next, slide on the buffing wheel. Add another cup-shaped washer with the cup facing outward, and finally secure it with a nut. Note that one side of the buffer has reverse threads, so turn the nut in the opposite direction to tighten. Repeat for the other buffing wheel. The side with reverse threads is designed this way to prevent the wheel from coming loose during rotation. Use an adjustable wrench and pliers to tighten the nuts.

Goal: Mount the hard and soft buffing wheels to the buffing machine.
