Apply Bonding Primer over Wallpaper

so we're out here today uh we're paying over wallpaper which i really do not like doing but uh the customer's budget this is what they wanted done it's kind of like a vinyl wallpaper and you definitely got to prime it first customer didn't want to pay the money to have it all removed it'd be a pretty large expense to get it removed re-skim coated and stuff so we're priming it with a bonding primer and rolling it on
